Now what would a photoshoot be without it’s behind-the-scenes snaps?  It’s where all the fun and monkeying around happens (I’m speaking for myself of course).

So, other than our superstar photographer Djinane Alsuwayeh, I also had an unofficial (stalker) photographer all throughout the shoot (kidding!), but I kinda did, really. Besides being a total hottie, she’s an aspiring photographer so I’m more than delighted to post up some of her cool shots and of course Djinane’s as well, to wrap up my recent photoshoot experience in Kuwait.

(PS- no camels, deer or ducks were harmed during the shooting of this Lookbook. Sexy Suzy (the camel) might have gained a couple pounds and risked turning green from so much grass feeding in one afternoon, but that’s about it).

Hello!

Again, sorry for the abandonment. We had three somewhat intense days of non-stop shooting- with a couple shawerma breaks here and there- (I’ll post on that soon), but we can finally say it’s mission accomplished!

The Closet Candy Lookbook is work-in-progress so I won’t be able to reveal any pics from the actual shoot until its official presentation. It’s coming very soon though so hang in there.

How did I miss my flight?! Well, last day called for some serious celebration so as you can imagine…jäger shots + champagne + martini rosso + really low volume on my iPhone alarm clock = diiisaster!

Anywho, here are some random photos taken during my stay in Kuwait and Beirut, plus more location shots + hang out moments of Dana and me on our free time.

I’m back as promised!

After two days of wonderful feasting on exquisite homemade Kuwaiti food– alf marra shukran or a thousand times thank you to Dana’s parents for their wonderful hospitality– we’re finally on location here in Beirut where we’ve just completed Day #1 of Closet Candy’s Spring/Summer Lookbook photoshoot just in time before the downpour.

I must say I had a blast! The location was amazing, you would never believe where we were and the beautiful shots the photographer was able to capture…and the clothes…oh the clothes! I can’t wait to show you guys the finished product!
